Camacho

project

Designed for Saul and Maria Camacho Children's Home. Designed with sustainability and ab-originality in mind, the home reflects the surrounding structures of the orphanage compound which Saul and Maria own. The design is a simplistic Mexican style with a modern twist featuring concrete blocks, metal roofing, and steel exterior panels. barrier free aspects have been taken into considerations for an aging in place resident. The 2,319 square foot home is open and spacious, with entertainment and hospitality observed throughout . The great room sits adjacent to the kitchen and dining room, making the home airy and comfortable by promoting family interaction and accommodation for the three daughters and adopted children that frequently make their way into the home of the Camacho's. The design is aesthetically pleasing with the emphasis on purpose rather than elegance.
